We develop programs and strategies that enable end customers to transform the way they learn and work. To realise this goal, we build relationships, develop partner capabilities and programs at all levels from from tactical to strategic. We collaborate closely with internal and external partners to create plans that scale the adoption of the Apple ecosystem. We are seeking an experienced partner marketing manager to work collaboratively with Enterprise and Education partners to grow the business in ANZ. Primary responsibilities will be to build and execute business development and go-to-market plans with our partners, collaborating with our sales and product marketing teams to align plans with priorities and business growth objectives. Description The successful candidate must be comfortable with driving cross-functional work streams, have proven planning and project management skills, have excellent stakeholder relationship development skills, and a passion for partner enablement. Drive innovative partner strategies that align with our Education and Enterprise plans. Develop and manage co-marketing programs with partners to drive joint marketing activities and lead generation including but not limited to social and digital activations. Support the Education and Enterprise teams with marketing assets for end customers as required. Track, measure, and report on the performance of field marketing programs, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation. Work closely with ANZ Product Marketing and Marketing Communication teams, in the planning and execution of partner led activations. Ability to dive deep into a partner’s business, marketing strategy, and customer insights, to understand challenges and find opportunities. Minimum Qualifications 8 years experience in Channel Partner or B2B marketing - from strategy to execution, to analysis of results. Bachelor’s degree, MBA, or advanced Business degree. International and domestic travel required. Key Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Strong project management skills. Strategic planning and delivery of national partner marketing and communications. Analytical and detailed in project documents, accountability, and tracking. Demonstrated team leadership and management of cross-functional teams. In-depth understanding of digital platforms (social, eCRM, e-commerce platforms, content, performance marketing, digital in-store). Must possess the desire to work in a demanding, fast-paced and changing environment and have the ability to prioritise urgent issues. Must thrive as part of a cross-functional team, flexible and adaptable in a multifaceted environment as a team member, yet also have the ability to lead. Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills. Must be highly organised and detail-oriented. Experience with partner program design and content production.
