We’re looking for a Customer Delivery Representative to join us in Canberra .
As a Customer Delivery Representative, you’ll work behind the scenes to keep our operations running smoothly, efficiently, and safely. In this fast-paced role, you’ll handle the replenishment of stock and deliveries to Club Assist contractors and customers in the South Coast & South-West NSW regions. Working with a time-sensitive delivery schedule to meet customer demands, you’ll:
1. Deliver stock to all customers as per set runs in a timely manner.
2. Maintain a regular service frequency to your entire customer base.
3. Ensure all safety checks are completed daily.
4. Account for all money and stock movements on a daily basis.
5. Replace warranty claims as per the Club Assist procedure.
6. Manage all stock in accordance with the Club Assist Stock on Hand Policy.
7. Ensure that the relevant documentation is raised on each sale or customer visit.
Trusted hands: here’s who we’re looking for:
* Experience in a warehouse distribution environment.
* You’re highly trustworthy and reliable with a can-do attitude.
* Customer service skills and the ability to build customer relationships.
* Ability to perform physical duties - this role requires regular lifting of batteries which have an average weight of 17kg.
* Current forklift (LF or LO) license.
* Valid minimum MR driver’s license.
* Good computer skills and close attention to detail.
* Commitment to upholding our Health, Safety and Environment standards.
* Good basic English and writing skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
