Key responsibilities:
As a Senior Application Specialist you will:
1. Lead changes required as per the roadmap, at the request of application manager
2. Provide effective change management, capacity planning, risk management and continuity planning utilising best practices in systems support and service delivery, with the ITIL framework.
3. Ensure all changes, are delivered on schedule, and as planned in regards to impact to clients.
4. Ensure compliance and optimal performance of enterprise service levels by managing and performing the dissemination and implementation of policies, processes and standards for technical configuration of the enterprise infrastructure.
5. Maintain and manage effective working relationships and engage with third parties that provide technical support for the enterprise infrastructure.
6. Lead, manage and mentor a team at strategic and operational levels in the integrated operation of complex enterprise information systems to achieve defined service levels.
7. All staff are responsible for identifying, managing and reporting risks relating to their work.
