**Job Summary**
An exciting opportunity exists for an Assistant Manager to join our Team in Sydney, supporting the Relationship Manager through credit assessments for Agribusiness customers.
As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their goals and aspirations while maintaining compliance objectives.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent customer solutioning skills, credit analysis experience, and relationship management abilities.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, building strong relationships and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-managed portfolio compliant with all relevant policies and procedures, as well as collaborating with Product Partners and other stakeholders to fulfill customer needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Maintain control of workflows across all compliance and customer fulfillment processes.
* Act in the best interest of the customer and apply a customer-centric approach.
* Proactively develop and maintain a detailed understanding of customer business and financial needs.
* Provide appropriate solutions towards account maintenance and simple customer requests.
* Support the management of a portfolio of Specialist customers.
