No. 102767Please note this position is advertised for current internal employees onlyMount Isa Mines are seeking a Trainer and Assessor in the Training Team at the Copper & Lead Smelters. This position is residentially based in Mount Isa, working a 5/2/4/3 roster. This is a fixed term opportunity for a period of 12 months.The RoleThe Operations Trainer and Assessor plays a key role to make sure our operations team training supports the development of our people to have the skills to operate the Copper & Lead Smelters and associated infrastructures. This involves reviewing training compliance and documentation is relevant and up to date. Furthermore, assessing operators with our technical experts for our respective operational areas.
