The Partnership and Integration team are significant contributors to improving the primary healthcare system and influencing ‘single-system’ thinking and improved integration of care, through working with key health system stakeholders – consumers, communities, providers, organisations and system partners.The work focuses on understanding and influencing the policy context within which we work, advancing key improvements across the health system, driving population health planning and strengthening an integrated approach to safety and quality in health care, to ultimately better health outcomes for Tasmanians.
