It's an exciting time to join this dynamic global business as it launches its $3bn Suntory Oceania partnership in July this year.We're building a team of vibrant top-tier sales professionals, all united by a passion for representing a market-leading portfolio and a commitment to delivering innovative solutions for the business, their customers, and consumers.As a Territory Manager, your primary responsibilities will include achieving sales targets, promoting and growing the product range, managing Suntory Oceania refrigeration and assets, and identifying new business opportunities.Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, you'll oversee an assigned geographic territory and engage both On and Off Premise customers.
Leveraging your CRM and a well-structured journey plan, you'll excel in building strong, mutually beneficial relationships, driving sales, and meeting targets.
You'll also enhance brand visibility through promotions and education, using your commercial acumen to negotiate successful outcomes for the business.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage customer call cycles and ensure complete territory coveragePromote and up-sell Suntory Oceania products, capturing orders to meet customer requirementsImplement category management initiatives to meet planograms and space to sales targetsDrive new business development by presenting the portfolio and meeting objectivesManage fridges and assets in line with ROI guidelinesRespond to customer queries and complaints promptlyExecute the Planned Call at every customer visitPre-sell all National, State-Based & Account specific promotional activitiesOperate in accordance with company policies and proceduresKEY ATTRIBUTESAt least 18 months of Drinks or FMCG Sales experience, OR of equivalent Hospitality experienceFamiliarity with selling processes and CRM systemsStrong communication and negotiation skillsProven ability to work independently and make decisionsProfessional presentation and selling skillsExcellent planning and execution capabilitiesAbility to establish strong relationships and build rapport effortlesslyCOMPANY CULTUREAt Suntory Oceania, we believe in dreaming big and Growing for Good.
