Duties & Responsibilities: Manage a clean portfolio of approx 160 properties with a plethora of support services and assistance available Mainly in-office duties Handling maintenance Owner / Tenant communication Delegating tasks to Assistant PM team and Inspections Officer Using initiative to prevent potential problems - NO ROUTINES- NO LEASING- NO BDMCulture & Benefits: A small, friendly, tight-knit team Low staff turnover Career development & progression Dedicated Leasing, BDM and VA Support as well as APM's LOADS of support - mainly in office duties only Up to $80k + super Flexibility offered within reason.
