Position details The Information Management Business Analyst will collaborate with sponsors, business initiative owners, internal subject matter experts, vendors, and other stakeholders to gather relevant information and define business requirements for an information management uplift project focused on transitioning from Content Manager to SharePoint. This role also involves developing training documentation and supporting end-user training to ensure a smooth transition. The position is responsible for: Working with business users to understand their needs while supporting the development teams to deliver solutions within a pre-defined scope. Ensure communication and stakeholder engagement is adapted and suited to differing audiences and varying levels of comprehension Collaborate with key stakeholders to find the right approach and solution to solve the most valuable and interesting problems, including the validation and prioritisation of business requirements Translate high level business requirements into low level technical/ system requirements Understanding of current state business and technology landscape and assist with the design of a future state, acting as the Information Management SME in other IT projects This is a fixed term role until 30 June 2025.
