Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support by entering data accurately into departmental systems and databases.
* Manage shared inboxes via Outlook, ensuring prompt and organised communication.
* Support document control activities, ensuring proper handling and storage of important project documents.
* Assist with a variety of other administrative tasks as needed, supporting project managers and team members.
Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to create professional documents and reports.
* Excellent written communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting project teams or units.
* Strong record-keeping and organisational skills.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
