About the role
The Regional Director NSW operates at a senior level in the organisation. This role is primarily responsible for driving and embedding the company strategy within the region. This role will drive sales, marketing, and client opportunities within NSW at the highest standard which will elevate the reputation of Ethos Urban within the region. This role is responsible for driving a positive employee value proposition that will achieve high employee morale and drive a high-performance culture.
Key responsibilities
* Developing and driving strategy in the region, consistent with company strategy.
* Driving company culture and embedding our EVP and CVP in the region.
* Partnering with COO and National Service Leads to identify operational priorities and to design and implement operational efficiency initiatives and improvement solutions that optimise service delivery, business operations, and workforce management.
* Working with COO and National Service Leads to deliver national workforce planning and optimise organisation pyramid.
* Collaborative national cross use of our team skills and capabilities.
* Manage and further develop the Regional Business Manager to provide effective support to the region.
We are looking for an experienced Regional Director who has:
* Minimum 10 years’ experience working in a similar role/industry, consulting preferred.
* Ability to work with national business leaders to ensure cross-regional collaboration opportunities are maximized.
* Ability to successfully prioritise and protect core regional business whilst supporting national.
* Ability to successfully deliver all functional priorities within the region.
* Continuous improvement mindset.
* Exceptional decision-making ability, and ability to identify and manage risk.
* Ability to effectively communicate EVP and CVP.
* Commitment to our operating principles.
