Executive Talent Acquisition Partner
Here at Healthscope, our Talent Acquisition (TA) team is a talented group and we are continuing to evolve both as a function and when it comes to innovating in the space. As a result, we have an awesome opportunity to join our TA team in a newly created role which has the ability to deliver significant impact in our organisation.
A bit about the role
The Executive Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner role will deliver targeted impact through utilising deep industry knowledge and leveraging existing extensive professional networks. This will enable the role to attract and present the highest quality talent for Healthscope, in pre-defined mission critical senior roles.
Instrumental to the success of this role will be the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers of various seniority, the HR BP, and the HR OD teams. There will be opportunity to inform and influence on ‘go to market’ approaches and advise around the best way to source and attract exceptional talent.
The role will primarily focus on the executive hospital site space and, where required, the broader corporate space, leveraging key market insights to inform and influence conversations.
Working closely with key stakeholders, this role will be aware of current and future staffing requirements, will source high caliber candidates for consideration, and proactively build talent pools for key agreed senior mission critical roles. This role will have a significant impact on enhancing the senior candidate journey and in providing a seamless end to end recruitment experience for stakeholders.
Skills and experience that will set you up for success
With the above role scope in mind, we are really excited to hear from individuals who have skills and experience in the following:
Strong track record recruiting senior executive roles within the healthcare, aged care, or disability space.
Super star skills when it comes to strategically sourcing and engaging senior candidates.
Sound evidence of building candidate talent pipelines and developing targeted engagement methods for the management of talent pipelines.
Provision of informative market insights that influence stakeholders and contribute towards future recruitment and selection decisions, including guidance on appropriate attraction and ‘go to market’ measures.
Exceptional demonstration of building professional networks outside of the organisation within the healthcare, aged care, or disability space.
