We are seeking enthusiastic and suitably experienced individuals for the role of ICT Service Agent, to join our Digital Medical Records Program.
The roles will be fixed-term positions, working as part of a team that is responsible for imaging and deploying EUC across metropolitan health sites to support the ongoing adoption of a digital medical record, and achievement of the related benefits to health care and outcomes for WA.
This is an “open-ended” recruitment pool for Fixed Term appointments, and as such the following should be noted:
1. The panel will monitor this recruitment pool for applications, and will assess on a regular basis.
2. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur.
3. Appointments may be made from this pool until 31 July 2024.
As part of the Health Support Services (HSS) ICT Business Unit, the ICT Service Agent is responsible for:
4. Providing ICT support services across a variety of digital workspace environments at various metropolitan locations as part of Service Operations in conformance to ICT Service Management processes.
5. Providing advice to customers on the use of standard system software and WA Health approved applications.
