Reporting to the Head of Customer Operations hiring at Block, you will build relationships and collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals. Throughout the entire process, you will provide an unparalleled experience, while serving as an advisor to candidates and internal partners alike.You WillManage the full-cycle recruitment process, using data and insights to inform your strategy.Build influential relationships with hiring teams to understand hiring needs and team goals.Source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities, focusing on a diversified top of funnel.Be a consultative advisor to the business, leading strategic discussions to build teams holistically.Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes.You Have3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.Fluency in both English and Japanese.Experience working with partners at all levels of an organisation.A solution-oriented mindset - you see potential challenges as opportunities to learn and grow.Experience building sourcing strategies that go beyond LinkedIn Recruiter.Experience building effective, cohesive teams.We're working to build a more inclusive economy where our customers have equal access to opportunity, and we strive to live by these same values in building our workplace.
