We are looking for a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide temporary support a CEO. This role offers the opportunity to manage key executive functions, including calendar coordination, travel planning, and communication management, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. If you thrive in high-pressure situations and have a proven track record of supporting senior executives, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Calendar Management : Prioritize and manage the CEO's complex calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling across global time zones. Correspondence : Coordinate high-level communication, filter messages, and draft responses for internal and external stakeholders. Travel Coordination : Arrange detailed international travel itineraries, including accommodation, transport, and logistics for executive trips. Board Meeting Preparation : Prepare materials for board meetings, including presentations, reports, and other necessary documents, with attention to detail. Gatekeeping : Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO, making autonomous decisions regarding access while maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships. Confidentiality : Handle confidential information with discretion, including financial data, strategic plans, and personnel matters. Cross-Departmental Coordination : Collaborate with leadership teams across departments to ensure alignment with the CEO's objectives. Proactive Support : Anticipate the CEO's needs and resolve issues before they arise to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications 10-15 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally in a similar Executive Assistant role. Exceptional organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with high-level stakeholders. Proven ability to manage complex calendars, arrange international travel, and prepare executive-level documents. High level of discretion in handling confidential information. Ability to anticipate needs and provide proactive support. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Additional Details Handover Period : April 16th or 17th, 2025. Cover Period : Until May 12th, 2025. Office Requirements : On-site presence required when the CEO is in the office. This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading
