In line with their ongoing expansion and commitment to excellence, our client is seeking to bolster their investment team to support several critical projects within their portfolio. This includes the need for an experienced investment professional or project lead to oversee the development and management of large-scale projects across international markets
The Role
Reporting into the Head of Global Transformation, the Integration Project Manager will have responsibility to manage, oversee and deliver the entire integration program of work surrounding imminent mergers and acquisitions. During this exciting time of growth, the Integration Project Manager will partner with portfolio executives, board members and stakeholders based across the country and could require some interstate travel. The Integration Project Manager's position duties are broad and varied and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
* Working with the Senior Leadership Team prior to completion of acquisitions on understanding transaction details and identifying how to approach integration plans
* Understanding the drivers of the acquisitions and create an integration plan that aims to deliver and execute on this
* Working with the Program Steering Committee to establish a 100-day post acquisition plan to ensure business continuity, define business strategy and identify target operating model scenarios
* Identify and establish organisational design and realignment strategies as well as opportunities surrounding people, process and technology integration
* Deliver and plan phase two integration strategy with specific focus on corporate functions
* Establish and manage the program delivery resource team including required stream leads as a blend of internal subject matter experts, contingent expertise, and external consultancies
* Plan and maintain organisational realignment strategy with regular reporting on delivery and tracking against the key performance indicators of the execution strategy
This role will suit someone who has worked through multiple integrations via mergers or acquisitions particularly in a Private Equity or Venture Capital environment.
Your Profile
You will be an experienced CXO, Consultant or Program Manager/Director with a knowledge and understanding of a delivery focused integration environment. You will be able to manage numerous project streams and be comfortable in maintaining momentum in a PE backed project environment. You will have the ability to travel interstate if required. You will be able to demonstrate pragmatism while managing technology and business changes and be able to quickly gain traction with stakeholders.
You will be an exceptional communicator, who is comfortable communicating a message of change across an organisation as well as providing pivotal mentorship and leadership to a diverse range of professionals. You will be a highly professional and driven individual with an innate ability to inspire those around you and to foster a collegiate effort to ensure the project is a success.
