Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach are seeking a dynamic and experienced Revenue Manager to join our team. As the Revenue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing revenue and driving profitability for our property located in the vibrant urban setting of Broadbeach, Gold Coast.
Job Description
Your Opportunity:
1. Revenue Optimization: Develop and implement strategic pricing and inventory management strategies to maximize revenue across all revenue streams including rooms and Food & Beverage.
2. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify revenue opportunities and market trends. Utilise data-driven insights to adjust pricing and distribution strategies accordingly.
3. Distribution Management: Oversee distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS, and direct channels, to ensure optimal inventory allocation and rate positioning. Manage relationships with third-party partners to drive business and negotiate favourable terms.
4. Forecasting and Budgeting : Develop accurate revenue forecasts and budgets based on historical data, market trends, and business projections. Monitor performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives. Provide strategic guidance and support to drive revenue growth and enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Skills and Experience:
6. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
7. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
8. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management systems and tools.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
10. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
11. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
