The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience providing project support services such as project set-up, financial reporting, purchase orders, and invoicing. The role also involves personal assistant support to the Survey Manager whilst also providing administration support to a broader team within a professional services environment.Responsibilities & ExperienceThe ideal candidate will be available full-time; however, for the right individual, part-time may be considered. This will be underpinned by Microsoft Office skills and prior experience in a support role.Responsibilities will include:Financial support including accounts payable functions, generation of purchase orders, financial reporting, reconciliations, and processing of reimbursementsProject administration support to the Project Managers, including setting up projects, preparation of project-related documentation, tenders, and proposalsCorporate reception including switchboard, couriers, mail, visitor, and client liaisonGeneral administration support including training coordination, IT ground support, catering, induction of new staff, and coordination of office resourcesPersonal assistant support for the Survey Manager, including monthly report collation, travel bookings, calendar, and client management.Mob-in/mob-out support, including travel bookings and accommodation arrangements.Ensure motor vehicle inspections are occurring and book vehicles in for servicing and maintenance.Culture:Fyfe embraces and fosters a culture that supports diversity, inclusion, and respect, where people are empowered to fulfil their potential.
