Your Role
In this role, you will report directly to the site General Manager and work closely with the Head of HR. You will be part of a team of 2 and will provide strategic leadership to the management, direction and coordination of the HR function.
Key Responsibilities
This role has a critical function in supporting the achievement of our annual operating plans and targets. Some key responsibilities include:
* Providing timely and professional human resource support and advice to the operation.
* Council and facilitation in the areas of performance management, workforce planning & career development.
* Setting and maintaining clear accountabilities for team and direct reports.
* Driving a high-performance culture through leadership and role modelling.
* Talent management and identifying potential leaders.
* Resolving IR issues in conjunction with Operations Manager/Senior Site Manager.
