Tresillian is currently recruiting for Registered Nurses and/or Midwives with Child and Family Health (CFH) post graduate qualifications or *working towards CFH qualification (*applicants must provide evidence of enrolment and or transcript of course progress) to our Wollstonecraft Residential Unit which provides care 24 hours per day, 7 days a week rotating roster. These positions will be involved in the provision of quality child and family health services to families caring for children 0-3 years of age within a Tresillian service.

This will be achieved by working within the Tresillian Model of Care, Practice Principles and the NSW Health Professional Practice Framework for Child and Family Health clinicians (CFH).
The CFH RN/RM will use a strength-based and wellness focus, building on parental confidence and skills through the provision of information, education, resources, guidance, and role modelling safe responsive care. The CFH clinician, utilising evidenced based screening and assessment tools, uses their family partnership skills to identify health variations or family vulnerabilities in order to negotiate individual care plans and discharge pathways to meet the goals of the family.
