OTR. Making Life Easy. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to elevate our customer engagement and brand presence across digital platforms. This role is central to delivering impactful campaigns that connect with customers throughout their journey. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will focus on the OTR App and other digital channels, expertly managing communications to our loyal customer base. Their ability to analyse customer behaviour, derive meaningful insights, and develop targeted lifecycle campaigns will be instrumental in driving the growth of OTR's customer base. In addition, they will also be cross-trained to assist with app content loading and pricing to ensure consistent support across all digital touchpoints. Your contributions Execute communications across digital marketing channels (email, App push and IAM notifications) for, tactical and data driven campaigns. Develop & build multichannel campaigns across the Customer lifecycle to improve acquisition, onboarding, growth & retention. Be cross skilled in other Digital content management tasks including OTR App product additions, deletions, functionality & pricing. What we are looking for Minimum 6 Months of experience in similar roles Exposure to using a marketing automation platform Experience in using direct, social and online marketing channels Experience in planning and execution of best practice direct marketing Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, taking direction from senior consultants Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies Ability to work independently with a collaborative and proactive approach to work Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
