Up to $7,000 for relocation assistance Eligibility for scholarships & bursaries through NT PHN Full time role but flexible hours can be negotiated Salary is negotiable depending on skills and experience Monthly clinical supervision, including external supervision Professional development annual budget Wellness vouchers to support employee wellbeing ($500 pa) Six weeks annual leave for remote employees What’s the role? Work independently while collaborating with other multi-disciplinary practitioners; Assess, develop and review plans using a structured practice framework (drawing on a range of available evidence such as quantitative data, interviews, research and observations); Develop and deliver training for carers and family to ensure successful outcomes; Identify restrictive practices, develop targeted strategies to reduce and cease its use, and ensure compliance with legislative obligations; Manage your time and priorities to ensure agreed services are provided to NDIS participants within their available funds and plan dates; Provide reports to stakeholders, including participants, guardians and support coordinators; Meet key performance indicators for your services, including minimum weekly billable hours Is this the right role for you? Tertiary Degree qualification in Social Work with full registration with the Australian Association of Social Workers, or completion of another related human services degree (such as occupational therapy, speech therapy, psychology, counselling or other applicable qualification); Experience working with young people and/or adults who have a disability and who may present with complex challenging behaviours; Experience developing and implementing evidence-based interventions within a holistic person-centred framework; Commitment to professional development, supervision and reflection; Current Driver's Licence and Worker Screening Checks Access to own vehicle (allowance provided as per award) Meet billable hours as per contracted KPI's Vaccination against COVID-19 highly regarded NT PHN/RWA NT may be able to offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance to health professionals who are relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for the purposes of employment and further clinical education.
