About The Role: Account Executive's role is to develop and manage a specific territory as a business unit to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets while servicing and maintaining Diversey Customers. This position is based in Canberra, Australia. Responsibilities: Thorough planning and organisation, manage the performance of a designated sales territory, strive for growth through continuous improvement in sales performance by focusing on key activities and relationships. Immediately advise the State Sales Manager, in writing, of any activities or events likely to impact on Diversey business, ensuring full investigation and reporting. These would include product complaints, chemical spillage or accidents, competitor activity, customer complaints and consistent equipment failure. Service existing accounts as per the service requirements established by management ensuring all Diversey products and equipment are maintained in a safe and practical working order. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment at customers' premises to keep equipment fully operational. e) Plan and coordinate installations. Remove equipment from customers' premises where customer has ceased buying product from Diversey. Complete necessary documentation as required. Ensure all required reports are submitted on schedule including stock counts, Activity Based Pricing. Establish standards of safe work practices and hygiene and ensure appropriate safety equipment and clothing are worn, and work in a safe manner always, obeying all rules and regulations of Diversey and relevant outside authorities. Train Diversey personnel or customer's personnel on use of company products, machine, occupational health and safety aspects when required ensuring complete documentation as required. Ensure customers receive SDS”s, wall charts and conduct and document all formal and on-the-job training sessions as per customers agreements. Attend customers premises to service and or repair Diversey equipment. Provide technical help and advice to customers. Ensure Salesforce to up to date and sales funnel is updated regularly. Maintain company assets and field test kits.
