We’re looking for people to join our team and work to develop & maintain networks within the Brisbane market with people looking to find their next job, whether it be contract or permanent. This is not a client-facing sales or business development position, (we’ll talk more about that in a bit) but rather a position for people who want to work purely with candidates looking for a new position. You’ll be responsible for engaging with active job seekers as well as cultivating relationships with a passive network. You’ll work on a desk where you’ll partner with experienced Consultants who will rely on you to provide them with the best people for the job. This is a crucial position and one where you’ll work together with our client facing Consultants, not for them. We’re huge believers in working with a collaborative mindset and that your internal brand is equally as important as your external one. To deliver effectively you’ll conduct interviews either face-to-face or over video, take references, post job adverts, generate leads about activity in the market; and potentially attend job pick-up meetings with your client-facing colleagues; and provide expert, consultative advice to job seekers that you’re working with.
