Our commitment to these values drives our success.The Role:As the sole Business Development Consultant (BDC) representing Kevin Murphy in SA, your priority will be on the brands Kevin Murphy and Color.Me by Kevin Murphy. You will collaborate closely with our ELEVEN BDC and Ozdare Educator based in Adelaide.Reporting to the Head of Brand Sales Manager, you will grow our client base and drive sales by:Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.Educating clients on the features and benefits of our products, providing demonstrations and training sessions as needed.Maintaining a monthly call cycle to ensure all clients’ expectations are met.Meeting and exceeding monthly budgets.Ensuring clients are within trading terms & following up on outstanding payments.To be successful:An interest or background in haircare is beneficial but not required.A proven track record in sales, with a focus on acquiring new business.The ability to negotiate and close deals.Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.What’s in it for you:You will be rewarded with a competitive base, car allowance, and an uncapped commission structure.
