We are seeking an E-commerce Specialist to join our team and drive sales through external online channels. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital sales, understands online marketplaces, and is ready to make a significant impact in a growing company. You will be the driving force behind our online sales strategy outside our website, managing our presence and optimizing our key online platforms.Responsibilities:Establish and maintain joviality’s presence on other e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, ensuring consistent brand representation and product information.Manage and update product categories, descriptions and prices on e-commerce platforms.Set up and monitor Ads and promotions to drive more sales and ensure brand consistency and maximize promotional opportunities.Cultivate strong relationships with platform representatives and partners to enhance business opportunities.Monitor and analyze performance metrics on platforms, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve sales targets and ROI goals.Stay updated on e-commerce trends, updates and best practices, applying new insights and technologies to continually improve our e-commerce performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment with e-commerce objectives.Optimize product listings on platforms to improve visibility, search ranking, and conversion rates using SEO best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.2-3 years of E-commerce management experience preferably with cosmetics industry.Requirements:Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon.Excellent interpersonal skills.Expertise in marketplace analytics tools and e-commerce marketing strategies.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
