Be part of the team, who help to promote a positive environment throughout Stockland Halcyon’s communities, through the on-going maintenance of the grounds, gardens and general facilities needs and engagement with the homeowners.
Primarily based at Stockland Halcyon Parks, Merdian Plains, this is a full time, permanent opportunity, Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm. There will be as and when needed, assistance at other surrounding communities located at Bli Bli and Buderim, so you will require your own vehicle to be able to commute.
About the role
1. Responsible for maintenance of the grounds, gardens including weed spraying, pool, and other common areas
2. Maintenance of facilities and equipment
3. Cleaning of recreation and common areas
4. Ensuring the environment is safe for both staff and homeowners
5. Oversee on-site security
6. Other ad hoc, general tasks as required
About you
7. Experienced in landscaping and/or garden maintenance and support, or may have recently completed a Horticulture/Landscaping (or similar) studies but not essential
8. Demonstrated experience in general maintenance
9. Preferably experience within a community/lifestyle environment such as caravan parks, resort facilities, schools, motels/hotels
10. Current driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle
