The Opportunity
We have an exciting ongoing opportunity available for a Unit Head to join the EPA. As a Unit Head within the Regulatory Practice & Services division, you will be tasked with managing the Unit to provide day-to-day frontline integrated service delivery using regulatory, advisory, and other tools to protect the environment.

About the Team
The EPA is the sponsoring agency for the Environmental Services Functional Area under the NSW Emergency Management arrangements. The Environmental Services team is a small team that supports the State Environmental Services Functional Area Coordinator in their role as part of the State Emergency Management Committee.
The team provides Secretariat services for the State Recovery Waste and Environment Subcommittee when it is stood up; will establish the Environmental Services Working Group; and works across Government to ensure the environment is considered and protected in emergency prevention, preparedness, response and recovery activities.
The team is part of the EPA’s Incident Management & Environmental Health Branch.
