The Role:
* Create a distinctive customer experience by actively sharing your passion for wine and investing time into every customer moment.
* Produce powerful tasting events which inspire your customers to engage with and learn about our products.
* Build rapport by taking our customers on a tailored journey of discovery, centred around education on product and loyalty benefits.
* Collaborate with store leaders to achieve sales targets and KPIs, always exhibiting a continuous improvement mindset.
* Advocate for education and empower store team members with knowledge sharing and product coaching.
The You:
* You have previous experience in a customer facing role and a track record of creating memorable customer experiences.
* You are a wealth of knowledge in the world of wine and are driven to continue your learning journey and support others in their discovery.
* You are an imaginative storyteller and all of your interactions exude enthusiasm and authenticity.
* You have successfully completed WSET Level 2 or equivalent industry experience.
* You are available to work in peak customer hours.
* You are connected to the wine community and take pride in representing yourself and your business at industry days and events.
