Lead the implementation of major regulatory change Broad spectrum role across multiple BUs 6 - 12 months Fixed Term (salary, pro rata) About the Role This role requires the urgent services of a very experienced Program Manager to guide and coordinate a program of work to implement a time sensitive legislative change program which will entail substantial compliance work across multiple working groups.
In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to lead the implementation of a large piece of legislation in the not for profit sector so that they meet operational compliance.
Key Responsibilities will include: Oversee the planning and execution of plans to deliver the program ensuring alignment with legislative and regulatory frameworks.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, and engage with communicationfostering a sense of purpose Develop and maintain program roadmap and program governance in parttnership with the EPMO Identify Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies and design mitigation strategies Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of programs to assess efficacy and identify areas for enhancement.
Provide guidance and leadership to staff, fostering a culture of excellence in service delivery across all working groups (IT, Finance, HR, Residential Care and Service, Legal, etc) Prepare and present reports to executive management and other relevant parties, outlining program performance and compliance issues.
Monitor project progress proactively identifying gaps and addressing obstacles to ensure legislative compliance About You We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with previous and demonstrable experience in the implementation and operationalisation of of programs of work in the legislative / regulatory compliance space.
This could be in Healthcare, Aged Care, Pharma (preferred) or Banking, Insurance or Government.
You will need to be able to articulate how you have successfully implemented these style of programs.
Needless to say, you will possess strong leadership qualities, compassion and empathy.
Skills and experience required include: A proven track record in program management and legislative/regulatory compliance programs in large organisations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to quality improvement.
Exposure to Aged Care, Healthcare or non-for profit would be a plus This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference in the community and to work within a supportive and dynamic team environment.
This role is to start immediately - the terms of the engagement will be a 6-12 months Fixed Term Hire paying an annual salary plus super and NFP benefits, or a 6 months contract paying market rate will also be considered.
