Produce inspiring and creative content and run campaigns in this Hobart-based role.Your new companyThis Australian-owned company specialises in engineering cutting-edge filtration solutions for the commercial, industrial, and healthcare sectors.Your new roleThe role of the Marketing Specialist is to support the Head of Marketing to implement a program of strategic and tactical initiatives. You'll thrive driving various projects and initiatives to ensure they are delivered on brand and within budget in a timely manner.This role will see you:Plan and manage content and collateral production such as datasheets, flyers, product brochures, merchandise, event banners, EDMs, social media, website, PowerPoint, etc.Take ownership of and drive initiatives, campaigns and events with excellent time management and prioritising skills.Provide high level marketing administrative support assistance i.e. managing the content calendar, liaising with subject-matter experts, updating WordPress, using HubSpot, supplier liaison, briefing documentation, reports, event management, etc.Collect customer data, data entry and cleansing, using tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot.What you'll need to succeedStrong content production and copywriting experience, alongside the ability to own and run campaigns/initiatives to deadline.High level planning and management of content and collateral production.Solid time management skills in planning, organising, and prioritising multiple projects/campaigns.The ability to be agile and thrive in a small business environment.A preference for face-to-face communication over email communications.What you'll get in returnBased in Hobart, you will be a part of a small, busy and dynamic team where you will have the unique opportunity to actively influence and contribute positively to the role's evolution and the team's growth.
