Assist the Head Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen. Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work environment. Provide guidance and training to junior kitchen staff as needed. Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations. Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service. Work Authorisation: Must be legally permitted to work in Australia (preferred).
