As we continue to scale globally, we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to drive customer growth, enhance engagement strategies, and execute high-impact marketing initiatives.About the RoleThe Performance Marketing Lead will be responsible for executing the day-to-day management of the Marketing Scorecard and Calendar, as well as briefing brand for all marketing assets. The successful candidate will then be responsible for executing planned initiatives across performance channels including CRM (EDM, SMS and Push notification), and advertising on Meta, Google and TikTok. Working through our strategic partnerships with our paid media agency as well as platforms such as Klaviyo, Yotpo + TapCart, this role requires a holistic understanding of how digital channels interplay to support the customer journey, from acquiring new customers to nurturing repeat customers. You will work closely with the wider marketing team to develop and implement initiatives that grow CSB’s customer base, increase LTV and grow our loyalty member base.Key Responsibilities:Manage and own the Modular Marketing Calendar, Marketing Scorecard and GTM Strategy to cover aspects including (but not limited to) Seasonal Moments, Marketing Themes, Educational Messages, Activations, Rewards customer engagement.Own cross-company comms to drive adoption of GTM Strategy and Calendar so that marketing, the marketing agency, brand and wider teams are aligned around themes and activities proposed in calendar.Own reporting on performance of ad assets to wider business, and Creative Testing Matrix for paid channels.End-to-end EDM, SMS and Push campaign management, aligning with channel goals and business-wide Market Strategy.Develop impactful and automated flow journeys that nurture customers along their lifecycle, supporting frequency, active customer and CLTV objectives.Conduct A/B Testing to continually optimise and improve the effectiveness of our campaigns and flows.Lead the 12 month loyalty Rewards strategy to drive active customer growth, increase engagement and CLTV aligned to business goals (including rewards member product offering).Monitor and analyse loyalty program performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.Lead on content briefing to guide Brand & Partnerships team asset-creation for website, Paid Channel & CRM assets.About YouPassion for female empowerment, diversity and inclusion in the fashion industry.Outstanding attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.Ability to work deadlines and manage competing priorities.Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organisation.Strong data-led approach with a knack for reporting.Experience & Skills:Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.Proven experience in managing performance marketing channels.Experience across key software; Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta etc.Why Join CSB?Hybrid work model – balance of in-office & WFH.Parental leave package for both parents.State-of-the-art gym at CSB HQ.Competitive staff discounts.Be a part of our mission to empower women worldwide.Exciting team events & initiatives.How to ApplyIf you're ready to contribute to CSB’s mission and growth, we’d love to hear from you!
