Job DetailsOur client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager will play a crucial role in leading the successful delivery of a security program and its associated projects. This is a 14-month contract with a 24-month extension option. This full-time role will be based onsite at our client’s location in ACT.Key activities include:Develop, review, manage, and disseminate critical program/project artefacts, including reports, procurement documents, and communication materials.Maintain a deep understanding of program/project schedules, financials, stakeholders, and desired outcomes.Lead effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for program/project objectives.Provide strategic support and report directly to executive-level boards/committees.The Senior Project Manager will have the following experience:At least 10 years of experience managing complex ICT programs or projects in government or large enterprise environments.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a sharp attention to detail, including proven experience in supporting senior executive boards/committees.Expertise in stakeholder management and negotiation, with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels, develop networks, and build strong working relationships.Extensive experience in preparing, reviewing, and managing program/project artefacts, including reports, procurement documents, and communication materials.A proven track record of proactiveness, professionalism, resilience, and personal integrity in all professional endeavours.Experience working with electronic security systems such as CCTV, EACS, and PSIM technologies is highly desirable.Due to the nature of this role, this job is open to Australian Citizens only.
