Generate sales, improve margins, and build relationships with the current customer base, achieving Sales and Margin Budget.
Lead Sales, Estimating, and Project Management teams to maximise sales potential Ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders, meeting client specifications and requirements.
Oversee project management, from product information and project detailing to delivery and installation.
Skills & Experience: Experience in business or branch management within the construction and/or manufacturing industries.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills.
Proficient in pricing, margin requirements, and contract interpretation.
Proven sales and project management experience within a commercial/construction industry.
