At Farm Tech Machinery, we’re on the lookout for an experienced Dispatch and Logistics Coordinator to join us in delivering quality and efficiency at every turn! Based at our Wodonga facility, you’ll play a vital role in both external sales fulfillment and internal production dispatches, filling a pivotal role in the business.

About the Role:
* Dispatch Management: Coordinate dispatch of whole goods, parts, and production orders. Schedule freight bookings, provide quotes, and make sure everything is ready to roll.
* Inventory & Picking: Oversee picking lists, check items for quality, and assemble kits accurately for smooth dispatch.
* Customer Coordination: Confirm on-farm delivery details directly with customers and handle any special requests.
* Systems & Workflow: Use our workflow systems to track and prioritise tasks, ensuring timely dispatch.
Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in Logistics: Proven track record in dispatch, logistics, or supply chain coordination, ideally within manufacturing.
* Organised & Process-Oriented: Detail-driven with strong organisational skills to streamline processes.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory systems; experience with workflow tools a plus.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills to coordinate with freight companies, customers, and team members.
* Advantageous Skills: Forklift license and telehandler experience are a plus.
