The Human Resources teams provide internal client service and support for workplace relations, workforce reporting, recruitment, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, work health and safety, and staff performance.

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR professional with experience in workforce reporting, workplace relations, or HR policy. You will ideally have a good level of experience in providing HR advice to managers and employees. You will gather, analyse, and interpret workforce information to create accurate and meaningful workforce reports, and to inform workforce strategies and initiatives. Strong Excel skills, good attention to detail, and an aptitude for workforce reporting are required for this role.
The main duties of the Senior Human Resources Advisor include:
