The Team Leader is accountable for managing the day-to-day activities of the Recruitment, Diversity and Inclusion team and developing and implementing recruitment and inclusion strategies to meet CASA's resourcing requirements.
Under the broad direction of the Section Manager, the Team Leader develops and implements policies and procedures that will enable CASA to provide high quality recruitment to meet CASA's projected workforce needs, ensuring quality administration and customer service to managers, staff, and candidates seeking to work in CASA.
The role involves interacting with both managers, staff, external applicants, recruitment providers and associated suppliers of services on a daily basis and as such, it is essential candidates have exemplary communication, management and customer service skills.Team Leader, Performance and Case ManagementThe Team Leader, Performance and Case Management reports to the Section Manager, People, Policy and Performance and works in close collaboration with others in the section and branch.
The Team Leader provides expert advice, guidance and support to team members, managers and employees on complex performance management, workplace behaviours, conduct issues and rehabilitation case management matters.
This role involves managing sensitive cases, applying CASA's employment framework and related directives and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislative and procedural requirements, and contributing to the development and continuous improvement of CASA procedures and practices compliant with legislative, regulatory, and public sector requirements.
