provides a statewide schedule of dental services to eligible patients living in Mount Isa and the surrounding areas. The service is aimed at stabilisation and prevention of oral disease and maintenance of function in the HHS region.
5. Work as part of the dental team in Mount Isa for Oral Health Services, North West Hospital and Health Service, providing a high level of clinical, cross-infection and administrative assistance to Oral Health Clinicians in the provision of high quality oral health services.

Base salary ranges between $66,478 and $69,885 p.a. (CA3). A 10% Recruitment Incentive may be applied for suitable applicants.
Requirements
13. Certificate III in Dental Assisting or equivalent qualification is mandatory for appointment at the CA3 level.
14. This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this vehicle is required.
15. Pre-employment screening: working with children (Blue Card) and criminal history checks.
16. This is a Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
17. A 3-month period of probation may apply.
