2. Lead & Coach a diverse team of people. Ensuring that team culture is guest focused, community led, and sales driven.
3. Competency to drive the financial results of the department. Be sales focused, create and lead the team to execute revenue initiatives. Demonstrate proven results in management of financial controls.
4. Passion for product. Support the extraordinary team of chefs and guarantee you and your teams have a detailed knowledge of the product.
