Job Description Permanent position Barangaroo Hybrid working opportunity Senior Marketing Communications Manager, RAMS 54175 How will I help?This role will develop, manage and implement customer communications to support the RAMS business strategy.This will include creating and delivering clear communications to existing customers whilst ensuring the communications are compliant with regulatory requirements.Key Accountabilities: Work with stakeholders on the retention strategy for existing RAMS home loan customers.Work with internal and external stakeholders including agency partners to deliver appropriate communications as it relates to the business strategy, whether marketing, service or remediation related.Ongoing vendor and capability management.Oversee RAMS social media channels including posting of services related messages and community management.Ensure accurate segmentation and targeting of customer cohorts, guaranteeing that communications are delivered to the correct audiences.
