The opportunity: We currently have a Senior Change Manager opportunity available to join our team in either Melbourne or Sydney to support with finalisation of the IFRS17 project. Within this role you will work with the Transition Lead to ensure successful transition from the current solution to the long-term solution by managing the people, processes and systems affected by the change. To do this successfully you will: Lead the change management response for large-scale / complex programs / projects / initiatives; or across persistent / agile team / customer journey’s; leading a team of assigned change professionals; or working individually when assignment requires deep strategic change thought leadership) Create and project manage change schedule, allocate (and does) work to deliver the change analysis, planning and implementation required for people to be ready for change so that initiative outcomes and benefits are achieved Proficiently use your knowledge and experience of change management and (AIA’s) change framework to identify and manage stakeholders and influence change outcomes. Play a leadership role in the change community, coaching and mentoring others to develop change capability at AIA Provide support for Head of Change as required. Successful applications will demonstrate: Experience working as a Senior Change Manager on an IFRS17 project or similar Strong experience working within the Life insurance industry Significant experience working within Finance including with the actuarial team Formal Change Management / related qualification, ideally a degree or specialist communications/change management higher education qualification Expert experience designing and implementing change management for large complex programs of work, or portfolio The ability to work with a range of senior stakeholders, including C suite Experience in a wide range of projects (behavioural / cultural, system / technology, process, regulatory, M&A, Organisational Design / Structure changes, Relocation.
