About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic and successful team. As a valued member of the Human Resources team and reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Providing efficient and effective HR services and support to key stakeholders.
* Recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
* Coach and mentor leaders to improve the capabilities required to build a strong value-driven culture.
* Support the Human Resources Manager in the development and delivery of Rolleston's HR strategy and initiatives such as Talent Acquisition and Retention, Succession Planning and Leadership Development.
* Providing support in the management and resolution of workplace and disciplinary issues.
* Assist in coordinating employee performance reviews and development plans.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and/or relevant knowledge and experience in the Human Resources field.
* Strong communications skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
* Highly organised and solutions-focused.
* Excellent time management skills, ability to meet deadlines and plan ahead.
* Commitment to continued learning and professional development.
