Position Overview: In this role, you will ensure all technical documents, contracts, drawings, and project records are properly logged, tracked, and archived, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Maintain document control systems and ensure all documents are properly indexed and retrievable. Ensure document version control is adhered to, ensuring the latest information is readily accessible. Coordinate the submission and receipt of documents from clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Assist project managers and engineers with document preparation, distribution, and archiving. Monitor compliance with document control procedures and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain accurate logs and reports of document transactions. Ensure proper handling of confidential and sensitive information. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth document management across projects. Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in document control, preferably within an engineering or construction environment. Strong understanding of document control procedures, systems, and best practices. Familiarity with software tools for document management systems. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
