About the Role
As a Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will oversee the restaurant, ensuring consistent high-quality food and maintaining the highest hygiene standards to meet Health & Safety regulations.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide hands-on supervision of the restaurant and lead a fantastic team
* Prepare, cook, and serve dishes that exceed guest expectations
* Maintain accurate inventory management and cost control through careful preparation, service, and storage of food
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role within high-end dining operations
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Certificate in Commercial Cookery Level 4 or above or equivalent
