This role manages a diverse team of concierges and coordinators to ensure seamless service delivery across all areas, including client suites, private wealth areas, executive floors, and general workplace spaces. The Workplace Lead acts as the primary liaison between JLL and our client's Global Real Estate team, driving consistent implementation of workplace initiatives and maintaining high standards of service excellence.A snapshot of the role:Leadership and Team ManagementDevelop team members through regular performance assessments, training, and career progression opportunitiesClient and Stakeholder ManagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with Westpac's Global Real Estate team and other key stakeholdersOperations ManagementOversee the delivery of all workplace experience requirements across your assigned workplaceDevelop and implement operational procedures and performance measures to ensure consistency and excellence in service deliveryService Excellence and InnovationApply design thinking methodologies to continuously improve the human experience and key touchpoints in the customer journeyReporting and CommunicationGenerate reports and conduct presentations as per service delivery requirements and overall account management needsWhat you will bring:You will have proven experience in hospitality or facility management, as well as experience managing teams delivering workplace experience.A track record of delivering exceptional client experiences in a corporate environment with a strong understanding of workplace trends and best practices in creating engaging office environments is essential.You'll have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to senior leadership coupled with strong analytical, organizational, and administrative skills.A demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast-paced working environment and versatility in meeting changing client needs and requirements is desired.You'll be proficient in relevant software and technology platforms used in workplace management and have experience with budget management and financial reporting.What to expect from us:As an organisation, we don't just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, we celebrate it, and we proactively support the needs that difference brings.
