We currently have an opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as Recruitment Advisor within our Transition to Work contract. The Role - A Day in the Life of a Recruitment Advisor As a Recruitment Advisor, you will be working closely with employers, employer groups, and industry to market ETC's services across employment, training, and community. This includes reverse marketing TtW Participants to employers to obtain sustainable employment. It also involves brokering vacancies and traineeships within the local area to obtain job and work experience opportunities, in order to achieve ETC's business and contractual objectives.
