The opportunity
Silverchains Country Health Service are currently recruiting a Registered Nurse for Broome and surrounds on a Permanent 76 minimum hours per fortnight.
This role offers the opportunity to work in the community seeing a variety of clients. Acute general nursing skills are desirable; community nursing experience is highly regarded. This role provides chronic disease management, wound, and catheter care to clients in their own homes.

About you
You will be an experienced, multi-skilled Registered Nurse. Using your exceptional clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills and abilities, you will provide an optimum standard of care to our clients, making a real contribution to their health outcomes.
* Strong experience in Wound and Catheter care
* Advanced Clinical assessment skills chronic disease management
* 2+ years Post Grad broad experience in general nursing
* Current Registration with the AHPRA, with zero notations
* Compassion and enthusiasm, with a friendly approach
* Excellent Communicational skills both Verbal and written
* A current Australian driver’s licence
