About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist who is:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide professional leadership, and to drive a high performing and effective team delivering goal centred care. You will be joining a well-established team of Occupational Therapists and will be supported in your role by our senior management team.
As an Occupational Therapy Manager with Enabled Designs your role will include:
* Providing day to day team support and leadership.
* Leading and growing a solution focused high performing team.
* Overseeing high quality and timely clinical service delivery.

* Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities of new team members.

* Supporting and leading employee engagement and retention activities.
* Maintaining a small caseload, providing assessment and interventions for clients requiring assistive technology and home modifications.

About you:
To be a successful applicant you should have:
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy with a minimum of 5 years demonstrated ability in providing clinical services.
* Strong interpersonal skills and effective relationship building, with the ability to develop trust, foster supportive workplaces and inspire confidence.
* Experience in leading and mentoring a high performing and healthy team.
