We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expert consulting services to hiring managers and advise on hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruit, interview, and hire qualified individuals for management, executive, and specialist positions.
* Interface with management to understand their needs and requirements.
* Consult on hiring practices, policies, and procedures.
* Develop pipelines for hard-to-fill or high-volume positions.
* Utilize innovative recruitment strategies.
* Coordinate third-party recruiting organizations with Human Resources Managers and hiring managers.
* Negotiate complex employment offers and consult with hiring managers.
* Maintain market knowledge through research.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, solid consulting skills, and experience in client servicing and relationship building.
Requirements:
* A degree from a college or university and/or relevant human resources experience in the financial services environment.
* 1-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Recruitment, preferably in the financial services domain.
* Technical expertise in all areas of recruitment and sourcing methodologies.
* Strong analytical ability, excellent oral and written communication skills, and sound judgment.
* Proven consulting skills and experience in client servicing and relationship building.
* Strong systems skills, particularly with recruitment systems.
This position offers a competitive hourly rate dependent on prior experience, with the possibility of converting to a permanent role based on performance.
